Bushnell Tour V2 a Birdie – Maybe Even an Eagle
April 9, 2008 - Bushnell Outdoor Products is far and away the dominant
seller of laser range finders and in response to requests from golfers
for a vertically configured model has introduced the Tour V2 with
“Pinseeker” technology.
This small, light weight distance measuring device works simply by
bouncing a laser beam off the pin or a tree or the edge of a hazard
without the need to download GPS data…just point and press the
button. It works and works well, eliminating a lot of hassle and
wandering around looking for a marked sprinkler head.
And in case you’re in doubt according to the Darrell Survey 93% of PGA
Tour players and caddies are using Bushnell range finders to ensure
correct distances in their yardage books.
Included for the $350 price tag are some nice features like 5x
magnification, a scan mode and unlike your kids Christmas toys it
comes with a 3-volt battery.
